ABOUT ME

Danteé Ramos is the dynamic force at the intersection of journalism, pop culture, and content creation. A native New Yorker by way of New Jersey, she proudly identifies as a Black and Salvadorian woman.

Danteé has an interest in uncovering stories that resonate deeply with her audience. Her extensive career includes collaborating with renowned media outlets and interviewing some of the entertainment industry's most prominent figures. Mid-pandemic, she wrote & self-produced her original IGTV interview series “The Hot Seat” - with guests like Comedian/Actor, Lil Rel Howery, Author, Joel Leon, and many more.

In 2020, she was hired as a producer and On-air host for Black Girls in Media alongside her co-hosts, Shelby Smith and Kelly Ray.

In 2023, she graced the screens as an On-Air host for MTV News’ Pop culture show Need To Know. While on the team, she reported on trending pop news and cultural topics. Her charismatic presence and ability to connect with audiences led her to co-host the MTV News LIVE Grammy After Show. Danteé's versatility extends to the big screen, with a movie review credit on Paramount's Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.

Beyond her media roles, Danteé is the creative mind behind the personal brand 'DanteesInferno.' This brand has seamlessly collaborated with esteemed names such as Nissan, OGX, Cantu, Sally Beauty, ApHogee, and several more.

Danteé's goal is clear, “to continuously illuminate the richness of Black and Latine culture through diverse projects, roles, and vital conversations.”

Outside of journalism, Danteé played "Geraldine" on Prime Video's short film "Civic Mind."
